Blogging has become as important a tool to the modern real estate agent as a lockbox key. This class will teach the student the importance of, how to build a blog, what to blog about, social media tools to make blogging more simple, how to use images and video, and how to continually attract new readers.

Using social media sites can seem intimidating and time consuming, but it doesn’t have to be. This class will teach you how to stay in touch with your database by using Facebook, Plaxo, Twitter, and LinkedIn. You will learn to use blogs, photos, and videos as part of your communication and to build a larger online presense, and how to make the biggest impact in the shortest amount of time through time-blocking and use of mobile tools.

This class is for the layperson, designed to familiarize the student with key aspects of getting a website onto the internet. Students will learn how to acquire a domain, upload content, and become familiar with the components behind what makes the internet and a website work.
